CANCELLATION DELIVERY
Globite will allow cancelations of orders only in the event that they have not yet been dispatched.
RETURNS POLICY
We stand by our product quality and want you to be completely satisfied. That is why we proudly guarantee our products – NO ifs, NO buts – that’s the Globite Quality Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, then contact us and we will replace your product or refund your money.
For purchase made in retail outlets a receipt or proof of purchase required for refund. Please email us at enquiries@globite.com.au with a copy of your receipt of purchase & your bank details for us to arrange a direct debit. Please note that it is necessary to provide photographic evidence of any damaged goods.
If you have received a product purchased in our online shop which is different to the one you ordered, we will replace the incorrect product with the correct product or credit you credit card/Paypal with a refund.
We ask that you pay all costs of returning Products to us, however, we will refund those costs.

For purchases made in Retail Outlets that require a refund
GENERAL
We recommend that a proof of postage is obtained for your return, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the parcel.
Exchanges will be processed within 2 working days from the date the returned goods are received.
Where a refund is due, this will be processed onto the credit/debit card or via Paypal with which the purchase was made, within 2 working days from the date the returned goods are received.
Refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect against an account, depending on the bank.
