Handle Test

To ensure durability, we conduct rigorous handle tests. Handles are subjected to 20 kg loads, lifted 5 cm, and cycled 10,000 times at 0.1 m/s. Larger luggage handles are tested with 60 kg loads for 32 seconds, while smaller ones endure 60 kg for 20 seconds. Extreme tests push these limits further with up to 18,000 cycles at varying heights. All tests confirm our handles remain undamaged and fully functional.

Drop Test

We test our luggage using equipment that meets high standards for durability. Each piece of luggage, loaded with 20 kg, is dropped from heights between 60 cm and 72 cm at 8 different positions for a total of 8 drops. After testing, we check for any cracks and confirm that the locks remain strong and functional. This rigorous testing demonstrates that our luggage is built to withstand tough handling and maintain its integrity.

Running Test

For wheel testing, our luggage is attached to a roller test bench, simulating travel conditions. The case, loaded with 20 kg, is angled at 60° and rolled at 4 km/h for 25 km. Extreme tests increase the load to 35 kg and the distance up to 35 km. All tests confirm no permanent or functional damage, proving our luggage withstands extensive use.

Lifting Test

Our luggage undergoes rigorous lifting tests, including a shaking impact test with handles enduring 500 cycles under a 13 kg load. Post-test inspections confirm no breakage or fractures, verifying exceptional durability and reliability.

Tumble Test

Our luggage undergoes rigorous tumble testing to simulate rough handling during transport. Each piece is placed in a rotating drum without obstacles, loaded with 18 kg, and rotated at 2 revolutions per minute (r/min). The test includes 25 to 35 rotations, depending on the test conditions, to ensure durability. Post-test inspections confirm no structural damage, demonstrating our luggage can withstand challenging travel conditions.
