DELIVERY CHARGES


SHIPPING INSIDE OF AUSTRALIA

Standard shipping is free on orders over $99 AUD.

Includes orders that are under $99 AUD after a discount code is applied.

For orders under $99 AUD, delivery cost will be calculated at Check-Out.


SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA

Standard international shipping is free on orders over $149 AUD.

For Orders Under $149 AUD, Delivery cost will be calculated at Check-Out. Includes orders that are under $149 AUD after a discount code is applied.

* Globite is not responsible for additional costs related to Import Duty and Taxes. Orders cancelled due to this will be refunded less the import costs and return freight to our warehouse.


In cases where we are unable to deliver all the products within your order at the same time, or where there are multiple boxes within your consignment, you will only be charged once for delivery.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA

Delivery will be shipping via Australia Post International Shipping Service.


PROCESSING TIME

Orders placed before 11am Monday - Friday (AEST/AEDT) will be picked and dispatched same day. *Excludes public holidays.

Orders placed after 11am Monday - Thursday (AEST/AEDT) will be dispatched the following business day.

Orders placed after 11am Friday (AEST/AEDT) including orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched Monday.

Timing of dispatch is subject to payment authorisation and stock availability.

* Orders that require monogramming may require an additional business day to be dispatched.


* During sale and holiday periods, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframes above.

* Globite cannot be held responsible for late or failed deliveries for reasons outside of its control e.g. in the cases of adverse weather conditions.

Tracking details for your order will be included in your order confirmation email.

Consignment tracking and delivery signatures (Proof of Delivery or POD) are available from Australia Post parcel tracking website: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

REFUNDS & RETURNS

At Globite, we've been in the luggage business since 1911, so quality is extremely important to us.  All our products are quality tested to rigorous standards - so that we can be sure we keep the high quality our customers deserve.  If your product has developed a fault, or you are unhappy with the quality for any reason, you're covered by our Quality Guarantee

Please reach out to our Customer Service Team at enquiries@globite.com.au for your options. Please include in your e-mail:

  • Your order number / proof of purchase
  • The product description & # of units
  • Description of the fault with the product
  • Image of the fault with the product
  • Let us know if you'd like a replacement or a refund for your items. 

 

OUR 30-DAY CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

Globite offers free returns for eligible items within 30 days from the date of purchase if you change your mind, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Proof of purchase must accompany the product being returned.  You will need to provide the original Globite receipt or online tax invoice for the item(s).
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Any items that are for personal use (such as ear plugs) are not available for return.
  • The item is not a Clearance or Final Sale item.
  • The item is not a Gift Card.
  • The item was not monogrammed, personalised or modified in any way.
  • Original shipping value is non-refundable.
  • Item(s) are being returned within Australia (See our International Return Policy for returns outside of Australia)
  • Item(s) are submitted to Australia Post within 7 days of labels being provided.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY

International returns are accepted on eligible items within 60 days from the date of purchase if you change your mind, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Proof of purchase must accompany the product being returned.  You will need to provide the original Globite receipt or online tax invoice for the item(s).
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Any items that are for personal use (such as ear plugs) are not available for return.
  • The item is not a Clearance or Final Sale item.
  • The item is not a Gift Card.
  • The item was not monogrammed, personalised or modified in any way.
  • Original shipping value is non-refundable.

EXTENDED RETURNS

During the period starting 01 November and ending 24 December, we have extended the time you have to return your products if you change your mind.  If you purchase a product during this period, you will have until 15 January to return the product, as long as the conditions outlined in our Change of Mind Policy are met. 

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

To arrange a complimentary return, please email our Customer Service Team at enquiries@globite.com.au

Please state RETURN REQUEST clearly in the e-mail subject header, and include the following details in your e-mail:

  • Full name
  • Mobile number
  • Collection address
  • Order number (starts with GLO)
  • Product name(s)
  • Number of items to be returned
  • The reason why you are returning the item
  • If you require a refund or an exchange

Returns are done via Australia Post.  We will provide you with a return shipping label to print at home and apply to the package. If you do not have a printer, Australia Post will be able to print the label for you - simply show them the email you received from us with the barcode to scan. 

Once your order has been returned to our warehouse, and we have confirmed it meets the conditions outlined in our return policy, we will process your refund against the original payment method used to purchase the goods.  You will receive email confirmation that your return has been processed.  Please allow up to 7 days for the funds to appear against your account.
