Handle Test: Loaded with 60 kilos, then lifted and held for 20 seconds. And repeated 10,000 times.
Drop Test: Loaded with 20 kilos and dropped from a 60cm height.
Running Test: Loaded with 20 kilos and run continuously for 25 km.
Lifting Test: Loaded with 20 kilos, then lifted and held for 20 seconds. Repeated 500 times.
Tumble Test: The case is loaded up with up to 18 kilos and placed inside a rotating chamber full of obstacles; designed to maximize high drops and hard impacts – simulating rough handling during transport. The test is run for 25 cycles.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
To arrange a complimentary return, please submit a Return Request by:
- Logging into your Globite account. If you do not have a Globite account, please create one using the email address on your purchase so that you previous purchases link to your account.
- Go to the Orders Tab
- Click on the Order #, and choose Request Return
- Click on Refund Policy to ensure that your return meets our returns conditions
- Select a Reason for the Return, and Click Request Return
- Our Team will review your Return Request and Reply within 1 business day
For Returns on items purchased more then 30 days ago, please contact enquiries@globite.com
Returns are done via Australia Post. We will provide you with a return shipping label to print at home and apply to the package. If you do not have a printer, Australia Post will be able to print the label for you - simply show them the email you received from us with the barcode to scan.
Once your order has been returned to our warehouse, and we have confirmed it meets the conditions outlined in our return policy, we will process your refund against the original payment method used to purchase the goods.
You will receive email confirmation that your return has been processed. Please allow up to 7 days for the funds to appear against your account.

Thought I was getting a colour that would stand out on the baggage carousel. Seems like a few others thought the same, fortunately no others from Globite. I got a medium sized bag to prevent me from overpacking and protect my back from injury when lifting. It worked (back is fine but still overpacked). The bag still felt heavy when rammed to the rim but surprisingly only weighed 22kg. Bonus. The maiden voyage was a 13 day trip to Asia from Australia. All summer clothes, not sure if i could take this on a winter trip with bulkier clothes and shoes/boots. It was my first time to use this style of suitcase. Previously I have used a soft shell bag that opens from the top and is deep. This open hard case style requires more space when folded open, this could be a real struggle in compact hotel rooms. The suitcase performed well. The wheels are a dream. It has a few scuffs but thats ok, it has a story to tell.
