DELIVERY CHARGES


SHIPPING INSIDE OF AUSTRALIA

Standard shipping is free on orders over $99 AUD.

Standard shipping for orders under $99 AUD is $10 AUD. Includes orders that are under $99 AUD after a discount code is applied.

Express shipping is $14 AUD.


SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA

Standard international shipping is free on orders over $149 AUD.

Standard international shipping for orders under $149 AUD is $30 AUD. Includes orders that are under $149 AUD after a discount code is applied.

* Globite is not responsible for additional costs related to Import Duty and Taxes. Orders cancelled due to this will be refunded less the import costs and return freight to our warehouse.


In cases where we are unable to deliver all the products within your order at the same time, or where there are multiple boxes within your consignment, you will only be charged once for delivery.





DELIVERY TIMES


SHIPPING INSIDE OF AUSTRALIA

Delivery will be made by Australia Post Express Service.

If no one is present when Australia Post attempts delivery, they will leave a calling card and make the consignment available for collection from the closest branch.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA

Delivery may take between 2-10 days depending on location.

Delivery will be made by DHL or Fedex depending on the country.


PROCESSING TIME

Orders placed before 12pm Monday - Friday AEDT will be picked and dispatched same day. *Excludes public holidays.

Orders placed after 12pm AEDT will be sent the following business day.

Timing of dispatch is subject to payment authorisation and stock availability.

* Orders that require monogramming may require an additional business day to be dispatched.


* During sale and holiday periods, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframes above.

* Globite cannot be held responsible for late or failed deliveries for reasons outside of its control e.g. in the cases of adverse weather conditions.





DELIVERY CONFIRMATION


Tracking details for your order will be included in your order confirmation email.

Consignment tracking and delivery signatures (Proof of Delivery or POD) are available from Australia Post parcel tracking website: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

REFUNDS & RETURNS


If you change your mind about a product you've purchased from us, you're welcome to return it for an exchange or refund (excluding the shipping costs).


RETURNS PROCESS

1. Carefully package the product up.

2. Complete our Returns Form.

3. Post the packaged item and form to:

* All return postage costs are at your expense, unless the item arrives not as ordered, damaged or is deemed faulty.


CONDITIONS OF REFUND/EXCHANGE

  • Item is returned within 30 days of you receiving your order.
  • Item is unused and in original packaging.
  • Item wasn't on sale when purchased.
  • Item wasn't purchased using a discount code.
  • Item wasn't monogrammed.
  • Item isn't a gift card.

FAULTY ITEMS

Any faulty item is eligible a for refund or replacement, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time.
